Learn the rules of poker is the first important step in your learning poker, since it is the basis to start playing, either with friends or alone on the internet. Poker rules mentioned below are those of the Texas Holdem poker variant that is most played in the world, and therefore the one you want the most.

The basics of Texas Hold'em poker
The basic rules of Texas Holdem is: poker is played with a deck of 52 cards consisting of 4 colors: Diamonds, Spades, Heart, Clover. For each color, there are 13 different maps and ascending order: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, jack, queen, king, and ace. Each player receives two cards called "hole cards", which belong to him and only he knows. Five community cards are dealt face up on the table. All players combine these cards open their hole cards to make the best 5 card by following the steps outlined in part that you find below. The different stages of a part
Here are the steps that must you include before you start to attack the tables, even if it is free to play. The cards In private parties, the cards each player in turn: it's called the dealer (or donor). In casinos, the dealer is a professional dealer and on the Internet, this is the software that distributes the cards. A round object called button indicates who the dealer is and it moves from player to player, distributing cards each turn (virtual or not, depending on the location in which you play) in a clockwise watch.

 The blinds
The blinds are forced bets to ensure a minimum stake in each hand. The blinds are in place to prevent the anti-gambling, preventing players never get started and let the towers without seeing their chip stack down. Before the distribution of hole cards to each player, the two players sitting to the immediate left of the button place the blinds. The player to the immediate left of the dealer posts the small blind, and his left posts the big blind, the amount of which is double the small blind.

The pre-flop
The pre-flop is the first betting round. The dealer deals two cards to each player, they are private and the player is the only one to know the value. Once the cards are dealt, the first betting round begins and the player seated to the left of the "big blind" who speaks first. It's called the player "under the gun" or "UTG". Each player must now decide what action it will give the coup and its strategy. The main criterion is the value of the cards in his hand, but many parameters come into play as well, such as the player's position relative to the button, the opponents at the table, etc.. You will see this in our current level of poker confirmed.

 Each player can:
Pay, Call in English, to align at auction and stay in the game (in the first round must pay at least the amount of the big blind to stay in the game) Raise, Raise in English, raising the auction, forcing his opponents to bet more if they want to stay in. The raise must be at least double the previous auction and Texas Hold'em No Limit, at most equal to all the chips the player has. A player who call by placing all his chips is called rug, or "all in" in English. Pass Fold in English, if he decides not to continue considering the price and pay cards. He then gives their cards and the dealer will wait for the next round to play again. The first betting round ends when all players still in the game have bet the same amount of chips and the others are asleep (passed). Note that at each betting round, including the first, the game ends when a player has paid more than that all the others are willing to put in. It wins the pot. The Flop
The donor - after discarding the first card from the top of the package to avoid cheating - returns 3 cards that pose face up on the table. The first three community cards are called the rules of poker "the flop"! Each player can combine the cards he has in hand and the community cards to make up a winning combination.

A round of betting then begins:
The first player to "talk" is the leftmost button among those who have not yet passed. The auction is 0 as no bet has been made, and each player can then simply follow the game without betting, called to "word" or "check" in English. Once a player to bet (bet), the auction level rises and it is then necessary that each player who has not gone to bed yet decided what he does, as in the previous round with the choice between paying , raise or fold. When all players checked (if no bet) or they are aligned on the highest setting, the others are lying, we pass to the next round.

The Turn
The dealer spreads again the first card on top of the package, and then returns a 4th card he puts on the table. It is the turn or turning in French. A round of betting, the same as the flop begins.

The River
The dealer burns another card (the first card on top of the package), and returns the following map. This is the 5th and final community card, called the river (or river in French). The last round of betting begins.

Several possibilities:
A player bets and the other refuse to pay. This player wins the pot, and can decide whether or not showed his cards. Everyone "Check" then performed showdown, the "Show Down", where each player shows his cards to determine who holds the combination of 5 cards strongest. A player bets, some fold, or raise pay, but there are at least 2 players in contention at the end of the round. We proceed again to the showdown to determine who wins the hand. The showdown
Once the final betting round is completed, we proceed to the showdown (showdown). If the combination of 5 cards highest card is entirely composed of the table, then there is equality between the players and the pot is split equally. If several players have the same card combinations, use the kicker for the tie. The kicker is the second card that everyone has. For example, if two players for the first J-8 and J-9 the second, and the five community cards are: K-7-3-JA. In this case, the two players have a pair of Jacks, but the second player has a kicker to 9 while the first kicker to 8, then the second wins the round. If two players have identical combinations, and the same kicker, the pot is split between them. It is often advisable to play hands that the bottom card is too low if necessary, your kicker is almost nonexistent.
